Beech plywood is a composite material formed by peeling or slicing the beech tree to form veneer, and then synthesizing the veneer together in a certain sequence. The use of beech plywood is very wide, and it is currently used in piano manufacturing, mechanical parts, fitness equipment and other fields. It is a plywood with strong bearing capacity, good support, and a stable appearance. Flatsawn surfaces tend to be very plain, while quartersawn surfaces exhibit a silvery fleck pattern.

Product Features

Beech plywood is a kind of LVL board with strong bearing capacity, good support and stable appearance, which is used for the most demanding structures. The beech wood is cross-bonded. This structure can improve the lateral bending strength and the rigidity of the board, and can enhance the shear strength when used as a beam. After adopting the cross-bonded layer, there is a significant reduction in the humidity-related changes in the board as a whole. It can stabilize the overall structure and is a popular material for floor and wall panels.

Beech is typically a pale cream color, sometimes with a pink or brown hue. Veneer tends to be slightly darker colored, as slicing the veneer usually requires the wood to be prepared with steam, which gives the wood a more golden tone. Flatsawn surfaces tend to be very plain, while quartersawn surfaces exhibit a silvery fleck pattern. Euro Beech is commonly used for flooring, boatbuilding, furniture, cabinetry, musical instruments (piano pinblocks), plywood, and turned objects.
