Galvanized Steel Coils/Sheets

Electro-Galvanized Steel has a pure zinc/zinc-alloy coating via electrolytic deposition. It combines cold-rolled steel’s workability with zinc’s protection, featuring a thin, smooth, glossy coating. It performs well in cold working (bending, stamping) but has lower outdoor corrosion resistance than hot-dipped types. It’s used for household appliance parts, automotive interior components, and electronic housings.

Hot-Dipped Galvanized Steel (GI) is available with a pure zinc coating through the hot-dip galvanizing process. It offers strength and formability of steel combined with the corrosion resistance of zinc. The hot-dip process is the process by which steel gets coated in a layer of zinc to protect against rust. It is useful for outdoor and industrial applications.
It can be used in production of cold-formed corrugated sheets and profiles for roofing, cladding, decking, tiles, sandwich walls, rainwater carrying systems, air conditioning as well as electrical appliances.
