\u7f8e\u56fd\u4e1c\u90e8\u65f6\u95f4 6 \u6708 16 \u65e5\uff0c\u7f8e\u56fd\u5546\u52a1\u90e8\u53d1\u5e03\u5b98\u65b9\u516c\u544a\uff0c\u51b3\u5b9a\u4fee\u6539\u5bf9\u4ee5\u4e0b\u4ea7\u54c1\u7684\u5173\u7a0e\u8303\u56f4 \u94a2\u94c1\u884d\u751f\u4ea7\u54c1<\/a>.From June 23, it will include eight categories of home appliances classified as steel derivatives in the Section 232 tariff scope, including combination refrigerators, dryers, washing machines, dishwashers, freezers, cooking stoves and electric ovens, kitchen waste disposers, and welded metal racks. The tariff scope announced in this document only involves steel derivatives, not aluminum derivatives.<\/p>\n\n\n

\u636e\u4e2d\u56fd\u673a\u7535\u5546\u4f1a\u6d88\u606f\uff0c2025\u5e743\u67085\u65e5\uff0c\u7f8e\u56fd\u5546\u52a1\u90e8\u6839\u636e2025\u5e742\u670810\u65e5\u7b2c10896\u53f7\u603b\u7edf\u516c\u544a\u53d1\u5e03\u4e86\u300a\u5173\u4e8e\u5b9e\u65bd\u94a2\u94c1\u5173\u7a0e\u7684\u516c\u544a\u300b\uff1a\u8be5\u516c\u544a\u7684\u9644\u4ef6 1 \u5217\u51fa\u4e86 \u94a2\u94c1\u884d\u751f\u4ea7\u54c1<\/a>\u00a0subject to Section 232 tariffs. This tariff expansion is an addition to the scope specified in Annex 1, involving only steel derivatives. Meanwhile, the two presidential proclamations issued by the U.S. on February 10, 2025 (Proclamation No. 10895 and No. 10896) regarding adjustments to U.S. steel and aluminum imports also required the U.S. Department of Commerce to establish an “inclusion process” to add more “steel and aluminum derivatives” to the Section 232 tariff scope in a timely manner. On May 2, 2025, the U.S. Department of Commerce announced a public comment period for this “inclusion process,” which closed on June 16, 2025. According to CCMEI, the U.S. had previously announced additional Section 232 tariffs on imported steel products, including air conditioning parts and refrigerator parts, and on June 3, 2025, it announced increasing the tariff rates on steel, aluminum, and their derivatives from 25% to 50% (except for the UK). The 50% additional tariff on the above-mentioned home appliances and other \u94a2\u94c1\u884d\u751f\u4ea7\u54c1<\/a>\u00a0\u8fd9\u610f\u5473\u7740\u7f8e\u56fd\u94a2\u94c1\u5173\u7a0e\u7684\u5f81\u6536\u8303\u56f4\u5df2\u4ece\u96f6\u90e8\u4ef6\u6269\u5927\u5230\u6574\u673a\uff0c\u8fd9\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u4e25\u91cd\u5f71\u54cd\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5bb6\u7535\u4ea7\u54c1\u5bf9\u7f8e\u56fd\u7684\u51fa\u53e3\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u4e2d\u56fd\u673a\u7535\u4ea7\u54c1\u8fdb\u51fa\u53e3\u5546\u4f1a\u63d0\u9192\uff0c\u5bf9\u4e8e\u8c03\u6574\u5173\u7a0e\u8303\u56f4\u5185\u7684\u4ea7\u54c1\uff0c\u5fc5\u987b\u4e25\u683c\u533a\u5206\u94a2\u94c1\u6210\u5206\u548c\u975e\u94a2\u94c1\u6210\u5206\u3002\u5bf9\u4e8e\u7279\u5b9a\u4ea7\u54c1\uff0c\u53ea\u6709\u94a2\u94c1\u6210\u5206\u9700\u7f34\u7eb3232\u6761\u6b3e\u5173\u7a0e\u3002\u6839\u636e\u7f8e\u56fd\u7684\u76f8\u5173\u516c\u544a\uff0c\u4ea7\u54c1\u4e2d\u7684\u94a2\u94c1\u6210\u5206\u5e94\u88ab\u5f81\u6536232\u6761\u6b3e\u5173\u7a0e\uff0c\u4f46\u4e0d\u88ab\u5f81\u6536 \"\u4e92\u60e0\u5173\u7a0e\"\uff1b\u975e\u94a2\u94c1\u6210\u5206\u4e0d\u88ab\u5f81\u6536232\u6761\u6b3e\u5173\u7a0e\uff0c\u4f46\u5c06\u88ab\u5f81\u6536 \"\u4e92\u60e0\u5173\u7a0e\"\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u636eCCMEI\u7edf\u8ba1\uff0c2024\u5e74\u7f8e\u56fd\u4ece\u5168\u7403\u5e02\u573a\u8fdb\u53e3\u4e0a\u8ff0\u5f81\u7a0e\u4ea7\u54c1\u7684\u603b\u91d1\u989d\u4e3a1TP4.150.4\u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u4ece\u4e2d\u56fd\u8fdb\u53e31TP4.29.1\u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

III.\u6d89\u53ca\u7c7b\u522b\u7684\u51fa\u53e3\u60c5\u51b5<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\u6839\u636e\u6d77\u5173\u6570\u636e\uff0cCCMEI \u7684\u7edf\u8ba1\u6570\u636e\u663e\u793a<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2024\u5e74\uff0c\u6211\u56fd\u51b0\u7bb1\u548c\u51b7\u67dc\uff08\u542b\u96f6\u4ef6\uff09\u5bf9\u7f8e\u56fd\u51fa\u53e3\u989d\u4e3a$31.6\u4ebf\u5143\uff0c\u540c\u6bd4\u589e\u957f20.6%\uff0c\u7f8e\u56fd\u6210\u4e3a\u6700\u5927\u7684\u51fa\u53e3\u5e02\u573a\uff0c\u5360\u8be5\u7c7b\u4ea7\u54c1\u51fa\u53e3\u603b\u989d\u768417.3%\u3002\u5176\u4e2d\uff0c\u5176\u4ed6\u5236\u51b7\u8bbe\u5907\uff08HS 841869\uff09$7.8 \u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\uff0c\u7ec4\u5408\u5f0f\u51b7\u85cf\u51b7\u51bb\u673a\u7ec4\uff08HS 841810\uff09$7.2 \u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\uff0c\u5408\u8ba1\u5360\u51fa\u53e3\u989d\u7684 47.5%\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2024 \u5e74\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u5bf9\u7f8e\u56fd\u6210\u5957\u5e72\u71e5\u673a\u51fa\u53e3\u989d\u4e3a $7438.8 \u4e07\u5143\uff0c\u540c\u6bd4\u589e\u957f 5%\uff0c\u7f8e\u56fd\u662f\u6700\u5927\u7684\u51fa\u53e3\u5e02\u573a\uff0c\u5360\u603b\u51fa\u53e3\u989d\u7684 10.1%\u3002\u5bf9\u7f8e\u51fa\u53e3\u91cf\u4e3a 47.9 \u4e07\u53f0\uff0c\u540c\u6bd4\u589e\u957f 22%\uff0c\u5360\u51fa\u53e3\u603b\u91cf\u7684 10.3%\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2024\u5e74\uff0c\u6211\u56fd\u6d17\u8863\u673a\uff08\u542b\u96f6\u4ef6\uff09\u5bf9\u7f8e\u56fd\u51fa\u53e3\u989d\u4e3a$5.3\u4ebf\uff0c\u540c\u6bd4\u4e0b\u964d0.2%\uff0c\u7f8e\u56fd\u4e3a\u7b2c\u4e8c\u5927\u51fa\u53e3\u5e02\u573a\uff0c\u5360\u51fa\u53e3\u603b\u989d\u76848.3%\u3002\u5176\u4e2d\uff0c\u70d8\u5e72\u80fd\u529b\u5927\u4e8e 10 \u516c\u65a4\u7684\u6d17\u8863\u673a\uff08HS 845020\uff09\u51fa\u53e3\u989d\u4e3a $3.9 \u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\uff0c\u5360\u51fa\u53e3\u603b\u989d\u7684 73%\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2024 \u5e74\uff0c\u6211\u56fd\u5bf9\u7f8e\u6574\u673a\u6d17\u7897\u673a\u51fa\u53e3\u989d\u4e3a $1.65 \u4ebf\u5143\uff0c\u540c\u6bd4\u4e0b\u964d 1.8%\uff0c\u7f8e\u56fd\u4e3a\u7b2c\u4e8c\u5927\u51fa\u53e3\u5e02\u573a\uff0c\u5360\u603b\u51fa\u53e3\u989d\u7684 14.9%\u3002\u5bf9\u7f8e\u51fa\u53e3\u91cf\u4e3a 98.6 \u4e07\u53f0\uff0c\u540c\u6bd4\u589e\u957f 6.5%\uff0c\u5360\u51fa\u53e3\u603b\u91cf\u7684 13.9%\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2024 \u5e74\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u7535\u70e4\u7bb1\u6574\u673a\u5bf9\u7f8e\u51fa\u53e3\u989d\u4e3a $15.8 \u4ebf\u5143\uff0c\u540c\u6bd4\u589e\u957f 1.0%\uff0c\u7f8e\u56fd\u662f\u6700\u5927\u7684\u51fa\u53e3\u5e02\u573a\uff0c\u5360\u603b\u51fa\u53e3\u989d\u7684 19.3%\u3002\u5bf9\u7f8e\u51fa\u53e3\u91cf\u4e3a 6663.4 \u4e07\u53f0\uff0c\u540c\u6bd4\u589e\u957f 18.3%\uff0c\u5360\u51fa\u53e3\u603b\u91cf\u7684 17.9%\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2024\u5e74\uff0c\u6211\u56fd\u9910\u53a8\u5783\u573e\u5904\u7406\u5668\u6574\u673a\u5bf9\u7f8e\u51fa\u53e3\u989d\u4e3a1TP44478.4\u4e07\u53f0\uff0c\u540c\u6bd4\u589e\u957f4.8%\uff0c\u7f8e\u56fd\u4e3a\u6700\u5927\u51fa\u53e3\u5e02\u573a\uff0c\u5360\u603b\u51fa\u53e3\u989d\u768448.8%\u3002\u5bf9\u7f8e\u51fa\u53e3\u91cf\u4e3a 142 \u4e07\u53f0\uff0c\u540c\u6bd4\u4e0b\u964d 6.3%\uff0c\u5360\u51fa\u53e3\u603b\u91cf\u7684 70.8%\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u9664\u7535\u70e4\u7bb1\u5916\uff0c2019-2024\u5e74\u4e0a\u8ff0\u4ea7\u54c1\u5bf9\u7f8e\u51fa\u53e3\u989d\u5448\u6ce2\u52a8\u4e0a\u5347\u8d8b\u52bf\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

IV.\u5173\u7a0e\u5c06\u589e\u52a0\u76f8\u5173\u4ea7\u54c1\u7684\u5173\u7a0e<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\u7f8e\u56fd\u5bf9\u4e0a\u8ff0\u4ea7\u54c1\u5f81\u6536\u7684\u5173\u7a0e\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u6240\u6709\u8fdb\u53e3\u4ea7\u54c1\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u5728\u58a8\u897f\u54e5\u751f\u4ea7\u7684\u4ea7\u54c1\u4e5f\u88ab\u7eb3\u5165\u5173\u7a0e\u8303\u56f4\uff0c\u800c\u58a8\u897f\u54e5\u662f\u300a\u7f8e\u56fd\u4e0e\u58a8\u897f\u54e5\u5173\u4e8e\u5efa\u7acb\u66f4\u7d27\u5bc6\u7ecf\u8d38\u5173\u7cfb\u7684\u534f\u5b9a\u300b\u7684\u7f14\u7ea6\u56fd\u3002\u7f8e\u56fd\u4ece\u58a8\u897f\u54e5\u8fdb\u53e3\u51b0\u7bb1\u3001\u70d8\u5e72\u673a\u3001\u70e4\u7bb1\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u4ea7\u54c1\u7684\u4efd\u989d\u9ad8\u4e8e\u4ece\u4e2d\u56fd\u8fdb\u53e3\u7684\u4efd\u989d\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

V.\u4f01\u4e1a\u9700\u8981\u8bc4\u4f30\u5f71\u54cd\u5e76\u79ef\u6781\u5e94\u5bf9<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
